Anthony Spinella is an experienced trial attorney with over 22 years of courtroom experience. Attorney Spinella has litigated more than 50 jury and court trials to verdict and has been successful in more than 95% of those cases. He has been named a Super Lawyer in the area of criminal defense.

Attorney Spinella graduated from Providence College and attended the University of Connecticut School of Law where he was an Associate Editor of the Insurance Law Journal. After graduating with a Juris Doctorate degree in 2003, he became a research clerk for the superior court judges in the State of Connecticut. Attorney Spinella became a Deputy Assistant States Attorney where he spent more than eleven years prosecuting and trying cases on behalf of the State of Connecticut, concluding his work as a Senior Assistant States Attorney. He served as a prosecutor assigned to the New Haven and Hartford Judicial Districts and went on to prosecute cases all over the state for the Statewide Prosecution Bureau of the Chief States Attorney's Office.

Attorney Spinella has experience in all personal injury matters, including car accidents, people injured by the government, defamation, truck accidents and victims of sexual abuse. Attorney Spinella also has experience in NCAA investigations.

Attorney Spinella has experience in all criminal matters, including drug trafficking, domestic violence, sexual assault, driving under the influence, larceny, kidnapping, assault, child pornography, computer crime, embezzlement, fraud, child abuse, motor vehicle violations and murder. He lives in Glastonbury where he is a member of the Knights of Columbus and is a parishioner and lector at The Church of the Incarnation, Wethersfield.
